Blackstream Associates LP was founded in early 2017 to build, scale, and advise transformative and disruptive companies in the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Assets, Blockchain, Augmented + Virtual Reality, Space Economy, and other emerging technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We work with founders, entrepreneurial teams, investors, and established companies to “Ideate, Innovate and Iterate,” new companies, products, and services for the markets of today and tomorrow.
At Blackstream, we’re also founders who have built companies from the ground up and understand the importance of creating dynamic, viable, and durable businesses to navigate the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
We provide advisory services in the following structure: Industry/Technology and General Advisory Services.
Industries: our industry advisors work with clients and investors to understand and work on issues specific to certain industries which require deep industry knowledge and a broad understanding of the local, national and global environment of businesses.
Advisory: our advisors work with clients to deploy a broad range of skills to take their deal, company, project to their desired destination. We provide deal structuring, growth + scaling, performance improvement, distressed + turnaround situations, cross-border transactions, and customized solutions to name a few.
